Farm Spotlight - My Epicurean Farm“Michael and Yseut from "My Epicurian Farm" were a dream to work with. They came to me with a vision of what they wanted to grow and the type of business they wanted to build and trusted me to design the perfect system for their needs. I am happy to say that they were selling crops a few weeks after we started the system up and are currently selling to over 14 restaurants including the Four Seasons in Dallas as well as the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. They have only been open a short time and are already nearly selling out the growing area they have. Yseut summed it up great in a recent chat when she said "We don’t have to call the chefs, the chefs are calling us!"
I couldn't be happier with the hard work and dedication they have put into their new farming business and look forward to heading back to the great state of Texas when they are ready to expand.”
